Hair & scalp consultation appointment

An in-person trichology consultation is available for both initial and follow-up appointments and is suitable for adults aged 18 years and over.

During your consultation, our specially trained trichologist will discuss your hair and scalp concerns and carry out a visual examination of the hair and scalp. Relevant factors such as health history, family history, nutrition, lifestyle and other contributing factors are considered as they relate to hair and scalp health.
‍
Initial consultations usually last 45-60 minutes and cost £105. Follow-up consultations usually last around 30 minutes and cost £60. Any additional care options, where appropriate, are discussed separately and priced on application.

As part of your visit, you will be asked to review and sign routine consultation and examination consent forms. Where specific care options are discussed or chosen, additional care option and aftercare information may be provided so you can make informed decisions at your own pace.

Remote hair & scalp consultation

Remote trichology consultations may be available for initial and follow-up appointments, where appropriate, and are suitable for adults aged 18 years and over.

Remote consultations are based on the information you provide and include a detailed discussion of your hair and scalp concerns, alongside relevant background factors such as health history, family history, nutrition, lifestyle and other contributing factors.
‍
As remote consultations do not involve a physical examination of the hair or scalp, guidance may be limited. Where appropriate, an in-person appointment or referral to another professional may be recommended.
‍
You may be asked to review and confirm consultation-related information electronically before or after your appointment, depending on the services discussed.
‍
By choosing a remote consultation, you acknowledge and accept these limitations.
‍
Remote consultations cost £75 and usually last 30-60 minutes, depending on the type of appointment. Any additional costs are explained in advance.
